Development Plan ## What's Planned ### Residential 67.8 acres dedicated to residential development across three product types: - • 50-ft detached lots - • 60-ft detached lots - • Attached homes Designed for a variety of family sizes and income levels. ### Commercial ~1 acre of commercial space planned to include: - • Retail - • Offices - • Personal & business services ### Open Space ~18 acres of dedicated park and open space, designed as a buffer separating the residential areas from the commercial component. Specific amenities and park programming have not yet been confirmed. ### Buyer Heads Up — Public Improvement District (PID) Meadow Brook has an approved **Public Improvement District (PID)** which adds **$0.76 per $100 of assessed value** in additional taxes on top of standard Hutto city taxes.
